If you want to reduce the size of your abdomen and waist, there is nothing better than a diet with cranberries which is one of the best ways to evacuate fats in this area, as well as combating accumulated gases, healing colitis and gastritis which causes swelling in the area, and further reaffirming tissues. Cranberries also help control appetite, cure the liver, which is responsible for the accumulation of body weight, and repair and reaffirm tissues.

Cranberries are a little red fruit, which is considered one of the best to increase your metabolism. Cranberries can also easily be obtained in supermarkets, either as juice or fresh fruit.

How do I do the diet?

To carry out this diet properly, while fasting daily you should drink fresh cranberry juice or eat two cups of the fruit, making sure not to mix them with other fruits. Never add sugar or anything else to your cranberries while fasting, so they can act powerfully in your body.

Try to drink 5 glasses of cranberry juice during the day. The key is to always drink it on an empty stomach, for example twenty minutes before eating or one hour after eating.

A glass of juice is roughly equivalent to two cups of fresh cranberries. You must ensure that the fruit is fresh, preferably organic, wash well if necessary and avoid storing the fruits for long periods of time.

During the day, eat vegetable soups, salads, lentils and seeds, and avoid foods that acidify the blood and fill the body of toxins such as processed, sugary, refined and harmful fats. If you want to see fast results, avoid animal protein for ten days. With this, you will not only reduce your waist size but your body will have an opportunity to heal itself of many ailments, because cranberries are full of vitamins and are one of the foods that lower toxemia or harmful acidity in the blood.

Try to eat a small portion of food five times a day. It is certainly much better than eating large amounts of food during one meal.

Combine taking cranberry juice, or two cups of fruit, with a workout at home, which will help to mobilise and evacuate accumulated toxins in your body.

We recommend practicing yoga or tai chi, as it is also very effective for breathing techniques to oxygenate and nourish tissues, cells and organs effectively. Also taking walks, swimming or gymnastics at home can help to accentuate the effects of the diet.

Moderate exercise is recommended alongside this diet. You could also take measurements of your waist so that you can monitor the progress of your diet.

The first step to losing weight: In the first week (the first seven days) you may experience some uncomfortable symptoms as a result of the body beginning its healing process. Some side-effects may include stomach pains and headaches, among others. This is a strong sign that the cranberries are mobilising toxins and are dealing with the more difficult task of passing them. If you feel strong symptoms, only eat a little vegetable broth with rice, rest and continue the diet. At this stage, it is also a good idea to avoid animal proteins, as well as all flours and sugars.

In the second stage, ie after the first week, you may begin to start seeing results especially in the abdominal area, which will be really noticeable if you have practiced some form of exercise or physical activity. In this second stage you must continue to drink cranberry juice but you can include animal products in your diet, meat once a week, but do not include chicken, sausages and hams, etc., or cow's milk in any form. It is better to use oatmeal or almond milk, or soy if it is organic.

In the third stage you should maintain the eating and exercising as described in the second stage until you start to notice results in the reduction of your waist size. You can begin to include meat twice a week, which should always be accompanied by a fresh salad with sprouts, carrots, beets or mixed vegetables. At no stage in this diet should sugar or diet sugar be consumed and it is best not to use sweeteners either. Try to avoid products with large amounts of flour such as pasta, bread, cakes and cookies until you see results. Pasta and flour generate too many toxins in the body and are one of the main reasons why the body does not maintain its ideal weight.

Do not forget to drink two litres of water each day, and for the third week or stage you should begin to introduce three tablespoons of magnesium chloride a day.
