My doctor told me that I might have heart problems because of the cholesterol and that?s because I didn?t care for myself when I was younger and now I?m suffering from several diseases, I really recommend that people take care of the health and the mind since early to avoid problems like mine, and well I hope that changing my diet and including these foods help.

These are all great recipes, and they look absolutely fantastic. I think we should also illustrate the importance of just avoiding processed and refined foods. I don’t think people realize just HOW MUCH processed food they eat everyday..and it’s killing us. I’m a “healthy” individual, and just today I ate boxed cous cous and a few slices of salami….and this is less than what most people eat in processed foods@!
