Popsicles are delicious but all the people think they are unhealthy because they are made with refined sugar and other additives that are bad for the body, which is true but in reality, you can create a lot of different popsicles using only healthy ingredients and in this way your children and yourself can enjoy a healthy dessert with the ingredients you like!

When I was a kid we used to make homemade fruit popsicles all the time, and they were such a favorite of mine in the summers!! It was such a fun thing to do with my mom, and all our friends loved them too. We actually used dixy cups to put the fruit and juice in, and the froze it with a popsice stick inside.
