The Rainbow in Food

It is possible to relate the colors of the rainbow with the colors of fruits and vegetables.

White 

The white foods are rich in phytochemicals, such as alicine, and potassium.

Its consumption helps us to:

Orange:

Ideal to take freshly squeezed to avoid loss of vitamin C.

Apricot:

Potassium content makes it a diuretic food recommended in the dietary management of various cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension or fluid retention.

Red

Red foods contain phytochemicals such as lycopene and anthocyanins.

I love it! This is such an easy way to verify that you are eating a balanced, healthy and fresh diet! I love categorizing my meals by color, making sure that we get a little bit of everything. I also like to think about having enough vitamins and minerals in a balanced fashion at mealtime.

LOOKING THE FOOD LIKE A RAINBOW SOUNDS SO SWEET! LIKE SOMETHING YOU CAN TELL YOUR CHILDREN TO MAKE THEM EAT THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE BETTER FOR THEM!

IN THIS WAY YOU CAN SEE THAT NO COLOR IS PERFECT BUT THE COMBINATION OF THEM IN YOUR DISH!

I always think in the colors of the food when I eat because I like the variety and feeling all right with anything I eat, so for me it is very important all this of the tones and things like that, and it is good to know that their properties vary depending in the color, that is weird
