More and more researches show the many benefits that fruits and vegetables provide to the body. Great foods and excellent article!! I am glad to see that I incorporate the majority of all these foods in any given week into my diet. I really do feel so much better than years past, now that I've started eating an essentially vegetarian diet. I have lost weight, and even feel more flexible!
