I've heard a lot of talk about this sap syrup diet lately...and I just have to say that while it might be a good "product" and the diet might help you lose a few pounds...we need to start thinking of "diet" as a "food philosophy". A way of eating that is sustainable and health promoting...not short term just to slim down.

I've always had a difficult time with mostly liquid diets I get very anxious and hungry, this one has caught my attention, I'll try the three day liquid diet option and see how I do.

My mother recommended me this diet and I am thinking of following it but now I have to decide depending in the time, I wanted to ask if there are bad symptoms while doing it because maybe it is a bad idea while I am at work, so please answer me that
