Actually, there are no plants that make you "lose weight" but they help implement weight control diets, promote fluid elimination, decrease appetite or facilitate kidney and digestive functions. In conclusion, they can supplement our diet and exercise plan, but we must remember that they are not "miraculous", but their properties, however, make us easier to follow diet also enhancing its effect by promoting weight loss.

Here are some plants recommended for overweight or weight control:

Artichoke

For its purifying action, it stimulates bile secretion acting on constipation. It is especially useful in the case of congestion or sluggish liver and poor digestion of fats.

Pineapple stem

It promotes movement and elimination of fat deposits. It is indicated to remove the weight associated with fluid retention or in the case of cellulite.

Chitosan

Although it is not a plant, but the cuticles of crustaceans, it is a natural element that is not absorbed or digested. When reaches the stomach, it attracts lipids and eliminate them in excretion.

Fucus

It is a species of algae that helps curb appetite. It has satiating, diuretic, and digestive properties, making it ideal for weight loss.

Garcinia cambogia

Guarana

Recommendations:

Preparation:

  1. Place the water in a pot and boil. When it boils, add the leaves, lower the flame and heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Let sit and drink.

Recommendations:

Take 3 cups a day. This tea eliminates cellulite and activates blood circulation that is effective against the orange peel, revitalizing tissues while following a weight loss diet, it is purifying and detoxifying, improves liver function and also promotes hair growth.

Right. I think all too often people think of losing weight in far too vain parameters. The whole concept of overweight being unfavorable stems from a natural instinct of knowing that it's not healthy. So really, health should be the focus. So rather than starving and binging, or being a workout-a-holic, or all those things...just eat the best you can - give yourself room for a few weaknesses if you need it - and exercise as best you can. You'll get better little by little. This is a life-long effort.

THOSE ARE TOO MANY THINGS TO GET WORRIED ABOUT, SUCH A BAD THING, COMMONLY I ONLY TAKE CAREOF ONE OR TWO ASPECTS BUT THERE ARE STILL TOO MANY THINGS TO DO....

Very nice article especially on these dates, when everyone needs to loss all the weight won on Christmas parties. I?m not sure if I can find all those herbs, plants and fruits here, but I?m going to try. Keep on going posting good articles like this one to improve our health and more.
