I know a lot of people are really big fans of "light" food...but I'm really not. I've read a lot of material regarding the toxcity of "light" substances, especially those that are chemically processed. If you want to lose weight, diet and exercise, that's the only way. Change your diet, smaller proportions, more exercise. LOTS more!
