Born in Leon, Diploma in Dietetics and Human Nutrition by CESNID naturopathy and graduated from the Institute of Health Training Roger in Llúria (Barcelona) and FORATMAN.

Marga Roldán 

Agricultural engineer by UPM, from the first year of college did not understand that could cultivate the land in another way but not respecting the environment.

Montse Vallory 

Natural cooking teacher, culinary consultant and chef graduated at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, founded by Annemarie Colbin in New York. She began her culinary training at cooking school in Bradford (Barcelona) where she acquired the basis of energy and natural cuisine. She took the bull by the horns in various kitchens and worked with good teachers.

Cooking classes! How fun!! I took a cooking class when I was in highs school once. It was only a semester long course but I absolutely loved it, and I learned so much! Since then I've been learning to cook by following recipes and watching cooking shows, but I would love to take a class like this some time!

I would to participate in something like this, but I think is too late, well and I?m not sure if I could keep up with spanish lessons too, haha anyway I?m very interested in following a course which explains a lot of the new way of producing food and dishes, so I would love if you can publish when something like this happens again
